舒適愉快

便宜舒適，還有免費wifi和電視，太空艙型房間CP值高。 免費早餐服務固然不錯，但吐司區有小飛蟲在飛，以外的部分很不錯。 櫃台友善。

住宿房間乾淨，明亮。房間外走廊略有霉味。 早餐中西式兼備，樣式尚可，不會餓到。 樓下是傳統市場，對面有傳統整復推拿(個人體驗不錯)。 離秀泰、多那之咖啡或中山路店家等，步行五分鐘左右都可以到達。 餐廳會有不定時清潔，早餐會改外訂(豆漿、蛋餅之類的)，入住前建議可以先問問店家。

地理位置很好，在市中心範圍去哪都方便，晚上走去台東觀光夜市只需走路5分鐘內，人員服務可以再精進一點，像是比較大的民宿，4人房房間乾淨寬敞，進出都需刷卡， 但是剛好入住房間的窗戶被招牌擋住，不能開啟有點害怕！

CP值很高的旅館，適合小資族

1.飯店位置很好，離鐵花村很近，離市區美食也很近，也臨近公車轉運站，只是飯店對面是傳統市場，有些腥味，但影響不大。 2.背包客房間還算寬敞，有兩間衛浴，床鋪類俟膠囊旅館，不過因為是木板構築而成，個人床鋪木門關起來時會有木頭敲撞聲音比較大，建議可以加裝消音墊。 3.早餐選擇不多，但中西式都有，西式以奶油及果醬抹土司為主，不過奶油及果醬是歐洲進口，個別包裝的隨身包，不是一大瓶的，很推薦。中式的約有5種配菜，可以吃的飽。 4.飯店可以租借腳踏車，到附近景點滿方便，而且腳踏車可以變速，但還是很難騎，因為高度很低，男生騎起來很辛苦。

Hôtel bien situé car à côté du marché nocturne, de la gare routière et proche du front de mer. La configuration de la chambre était particulière mais faisait son office. Il manque cependant le savon pour les mains ainsi que le gel douche et le shampoing (autre qu'en miniatures) qui sont toujours appréciables.

住宿價格真的很甜、整體環境不錯！

會館好像這幾年剛成立，住宿附麥當勞早餐，雖然不好吃，住宿地點佳，走路出去就是鐵花村、星巴克、全聯、很方便！還有腳踏車借用服務，淑女車騎起來比較吃力，但有回到以前騎腳踏車上課的感覺，也很優閒，櫃台小姐服務態度很好，下次要入住親子房的，感覺很棒！停車場要自己找，公有的附近就有，一小時才10元，從18:00多停到隔天11:00多也才90元！要去房間有門卡管制！
