"-The kaiseki dinner was excellent, offering a great selection and a private dining space.
-The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices.
-I last visited a few years ago — the hot spring was outstanding back then, quiet and relaxing.
This time, it seems to have been renovated, and the number of guests has clearly increased.
-On a side note, there was an uncomfortable incident in the onsen area: a woman (who spoke English and appeared to be Chinese) was holding a mobile phone under her yukata, seemingly taking photos. It made me feel quite uneasy.
I noticed there were clear signs prohibiting cameras, so the rules were well communicated — it was simply a matter of someone not being self-disciplined.
I reported it afterward to the staff, who were ready to respond immediately, though I only approached them later. I appreciated their quick reaction and willingness to help.
-Perhaps having occasional staff patrols in the onsen area could help prevent such incidents in the future."
