"Great location, super modern and clean, staff was very friendly and even had a birthday card for my daughter and let us use a Polaroid camera to make memories. They saw us dressed up in kimonos and came outside to take pictures of us. Even told us where to pose so you could see the beautiful temple in the background. "The hotel was in the heart of Dontonburi! The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was really helpful when it came to our needs. I accidentally booked a smoking room and they were able to change it to a non-smoking room at check in (I did have to pay a little more). They also helped us set up our luggage transfer from Osaka to our hotel in Tokyo! The breakfast buffet was delicious and was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel! The laundry amenities and the vacuum sealer were good. We won a lot of stuffed animals at the claw machine so being able to vacuum seal it and pack it for free was great! I would book this hotel again!"
