The check in was easy and the reception staff was helpful and accommodating they even provided a shuttle for us and our luggage to the hotel as it is in a different location. They will even hold your luggage if check in is not ready. Hotel room was nice and clean and a bus stop was right outside. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend it! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the check in process was very easy and the room was very spacious for 5 adults and a little kitchen with basic utensils and supermarket just infront of the hotel, also the bus stop is right outside of the hotel so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Good stay with large rooms. Plenty of restaurants and a Supermarket nearby. Although far from the centre of town the public transportation made travel super easy. Just make sure to buy an IC card at the JR station.

お部屋はとても綺麗でした。窓も大きく、天気が良く朝日も見れました。お風呂も広く入浴剤も置いてあり、脱衣スペースも大きな鏡で2人並んでメイク出来る程。ピンク色の柔軟剤入り洗剤？が置いてあったと思います。トイレも別で、綺麗でした。 前日にスタッフからの電話があり、事前に宿泊名簿を入力済だった事、宿泊税200円×5名分+クレカ払手数料90円=1,090円をクレカ決済出来れば、京都駅での受付不要と聞き、前日までに支払を済ませ、当日は現地でチェックイン(無人ですが)出来ました。送られてきていたチェックインの番号は、強めに画面を押したら数字が出ました。少し手こずりましたが無事入れ、部屋もその感じで入れました。部屋がとにかく広くて過ごしやすかったです。書斎スペース？の台に大きな荷物を乗せ、テーブルも2台あり、1台には小物バッグ置き、1台は食べ物囲む用に。足元に荷物を置かずに済みました。 使い捨てスリッパは、部屋に入ってすぐ目の着く所にあると有難かったです。宿泊に慣れておらず、探したら入ってすぐのクローゼットにありました。 お皿やカップ、キッチンペーパーや洗剤など揃っていて自炊できます。 隣の駐車場がとにかく狭く、空いていたけど徒歩1分の所に停めました。そちらは広く停めやすく、徒歩1分でも全然良し。帰りは車を、先に出た家族にホテルに着けてもらい荷物積み込み出来ました。 とても快適に過ごせて、家族で満足です。

Logement fonctionnel bien équipé et propre. Très bien situé proche d’un arrêt de bus et d’un supermarché. L’accueil n’est pas sur place mais à la sortie de la gare, personnel accueillant possibilité d’une navette jusqu’à l’appartement

子供が遊べるホテルがほとんどない京都でやっと見つけたこちらのホテル。 子供達は二段ベッドやプロジェクターゲーム、ボルダリングととても楽しめて部屋も広くすごくよかったです。 チェックインも下の時計屋さんですることができ、近くのパーキングについても地図が用意してあって丁寧に教えてくださり安く停められました。 観光地はそんなに近くないですが、その分そこまで混雑していないし、パーキングもそんなに高くないです。 近くにはスーパー、コンビニ、パン屋、飲食店があるのでとても便利でしたが、スーパーのお惣菜や弁当はそんなにおいしくなかったのでどこかテイクアウトできるお店を探せばよかったなと思いました。 以上、概ね満足ではあったのですが、 タオルを開いたら髪の毛のかたまりが絡まっているものがあってとても気持ち悪かったです。 衛生面はきちんとチェックしてほしいと思います。

子供3人（中学生、小3、小1）と大人2人で泊まりました。 壁のボルダリング、二段ベッドに小学生は大興奮でした。 キッチンの設備は一応あるというレベルで、調理するのは厳しいです。 1泊は良いけど連泊はツライかもしれません。 受付、送りのバスなどはとても良いとは思います。

京都駅近くのフロントでチェックインできて、バス時刻表などの情報がもらえて、チェックアウト後は荷物を預かってもらえたことはとてもよかったです。その上、忘れ物も預かっていただけて、大変感謝しています。 到着日時が違う4名が利用したので、部屋の鍵が必要なく暗証番号で入退室できたのはとても便利でした。 ホテルにスタッフがいなくても安心感がありサービスもよく快適でした。 目の前にスーパーがあり、キッチンが充実していてとてもよかったです。 機会があれば是非次回も利用したいです！
