Modern and high tech hotel which is very walkable to everywhere in the town. Using QR code from photo to get into the room is neat. Check out time is earlier at 10am but that's all fine. We're happy with the stay.

Although right next to the train line and busy roads, it was still very quiet. Stayed in a bunk suite and the room was huge with a big kitchen, living room and bunks over 2 double beds. The bath on the balcony was so unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Location but near train tracks

Hotel in a great location near Takayama Station…. Only downside was the occasional rumbling of the trains that go by…. So if u r noise sensitive might hv to pass on this

We really enjoyed this hotel. It’s sparkling new, stylish, and comfortable. We stayed in a room with a view across the railroad tracks, with the west town and mountains in the distance. The bathroom with onsen tub on the balcony was such a nice treat. Nice location central in the town and steps from the train station. We did find the bed a bit firm for our preference, and there was no hand soap in the toilet room. Otherwise an excellent stay that we highly recommend.

This hotel has rooms with kitchens, which is great for a long stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The entrance of the hotel is cafe. The young male receptionist in the morning looked unhappy to interact with the guests. The hotel does not take any cash for the payment. Also, the hotel does not keep the luggage for the guests before check in/after check out as there is no space for it.

-This is new hotel so everything is new -Downside: 1)the tatami rooms are corner rooms, the bathrooms are not properly insulated against cold weather. In Winter condition, the bathroom is very cold.. The only way is the fill up the tub with very hot water and use the handspray spray hot water all over. Only by doing so, the heat can replace the icy cold temperature. 2)If u choose the tatami rooms, u have to insert your own bedsheet into the mattress If not for above 2 x downside, i would have given this hotel a 5 star review.

Excellent suite for family

Kids loved the bed layout (single beds on upper deck). Room was wide, spacious and clean. Thoughtfully laid out room plan. Even had humidifier in room for winter! Downside: cleaning of room only done after 4th night if staying longer than 3 nights. Shout out to F&B staff Miyako-san who was most friendly and accommodating. Also spoke great English that made communication easier. Thumbs down: young Matsumoto-san at reception that wasn’t very approachable and dismissed issues instead of finding solutions (I thought humidifier wasn’t working and informed him. Response was too bad s they can’t exchange it!).

Stayed with a group of 4 friends. Room was very spacious, good for 6. Highly recommend this hotel. It is central to everything- bus and train station and there are plenty of dining options in walking distance from the hotel.

素晴らしい客室に見合わないリーズナブルな価格とサービスで、最高の時間が過ごせました。コインランドリーと、無料のウォーターサーバーがとても有り難かった。 チェックインの場所がカフェの中で、少し分かりづらく、カフェ店員の方がホテルの受付もされてます。声掛けが遅かったので、少し迷いました。
