My brother and I stayed here for 6 nights and just checked out today. The moment we checked into our next hotel in another city in Japan, my brother immediate said "I miss the last place..."
The checkin process was smooth and staff were very friendly/helpful. The room was excellent - good size, very clean, and very home-y. The location is fabulous too with innumerable restaurants nearby along with supermarkets, konbini, and two train stations.
This place along with the MONday name will definitely be high on my list when booking for my next stay in Japan :)

A fantastic place to stay. The room was a great size, bed was very comfy and the inclusion of a kitchette and a washing machine was really good. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the fact that they all spoke a little English was great. The location is close to 2 train/subway stations and an easy walk to Ueno Park and Asakusa. It was so quiet and peaceful which was unexpected in a city the size of Tokyo. If we ever come back I am sure we will stay here again. Thank you.

Great service. Our washer broke down on the first day of stay. While there was a bit of troubleshooting done with the duty crew but the team change out the washer within the day.
Accessibility: if you are coming from the airport, take the airport transfer to nippori and transfer by the JY line to Ueno, exit via the Iriya exit which will bring you closer to the hotel. We initially took the airport train to Keisei Ueno and have to walk quite a bit.
Overall a good stay.
