"This property was wonderful!!! The house accommodated my large group for our visit to DC. We took a boys mentor group and familes to DC for an educational, cultural, and civics trip. This house was perfect! From the lovely kitchen, and open living space, to the spacious bedrooms and awesome basement with a spectacular gameroom area!! The only complaint we had was the stairs but I brought it the attention of the host and she said she would take care of the problem. We were also unable to work...

"This hotel has an excellent manager. My only complaint was that my bed was way too hard. The manager immediately provided some Financial relief on the parking cost which he did not have to do at all. I was so impressed that I do give this stay a 10 out of 10. The location is awesome to see in and around the monument area of DC"

"Free breakfast was great- saved us lots of $. About a 10 minute walk to the metro station. Great room, just needs more trash receptacles and a better thermostat. "

"Lovely boutique feeling hotel with great rooms, superbly comfortable beds and bedding, friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast. Only complaint it that rooms above the bar/restaurant patio suffer from very loud noise from below despite the double glazing. I was promised by the manager it would subside after 11pm but it went on until around 12.30am."
