“Staff were fantastic, meals were really well presented, good value and fresh. Rooms were quiet, really comfortable and cosy. They smell so fresh, unlike the usual pub bedrooms I have stayed in.”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was sunday and the kitchen shut ar 6 and the bar closed nearly which wasn't very good with beinb a solo traveller and no transport. Otherwise I couldn't fault it. ”

“The bungalow was very cosy and warm. A small garden to sit out in although you feel watched as the club house next door has cameras that over look the garden. My weeks stay was brilliant, Enjoyed the stay but wished there had been clearer communication about some of the dog walks around the area. Only told the area was dog friendly on my last day. They do supply beding, towels and cleaning equipment. Very friendly cleaning lady who introduced herself after my first day and she made some……

“We stayed at The Ship for a special wedding anniversary. It’s an exceptional hotel in a wonderful area which has a unique atmosphere. The hotel food is good with a menu that changes over the seasons. The breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice from pastries and cereals to full English. The rooms are well furnished and comfy and the tea, coffee and biscuits topped up daily. For bird watchers the estuary is worth a visit and in the room we chose the hotel thoughtfully provided……

“服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。”

“An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. £9 for a dessert again a little pricy. ”
