As you enter this tiny home, you are welcomed by a studio-like setting. Discover a comfortable bed, a huge smart TV, a dining table that is perfect for two, a desk, central AC, free WiFi, a coffee maker, and an en suite bathroom. The mini-fridge allows you to store your snacks and goodies while the two-burner stovetop and microwave are perfect for preparing tasty treats. There is a shared laundry room with the main home, making packing light a breeze.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Security camera details: There is one near the main house, one facing the back of the home, and one facing the main gate and the tiny home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
