Fun Property- Will Stay Again

The property was fun and well thought out. Clean, comfy beds, lots of towels, well stocked kitchen, coffee bar, snacks + more! Only a 12-15 minute drive to TCC & FSU, which was very convenient for us!

Our stay was Far Out Man

The Groovy house was very cute and cozy. Although we didn’t get to spend much time there due to family events, we enjoyed every minute. We stole a few grapefruits from the tree and they were fresh and delicious. Thank you so much.

Great stay!

House was as advertised and the owner communicated clearly, which made it very easy. The house was clean and worked perfectly for our family of 5. Cool vibe inside with a peaceful backyard (with a nice grapefruit tree) in a quiet neighborhood. We visit Tallahassee once a year to see family and will definitely look to rent this house again.

Family stayed for FSU parents weekend. It’s about 20 minutes from the college but nice to be away from the traffic. 35 minutes to Thomasville GA Nice touch was they had coffee and creamers!!!

Groovy getaway is a go!

This home is comfy, clean, and just what these FSU parents needed. Beautiful tree filled backyard. If you’re looking for a place close to campus but out of downtown traffic you’ve found it! The attention to detail is great and we loved the vinyl records! Rorry was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Amazing stay

I had an exceptional stay at this location. The house was recently remodeled/updated with a lot of amenities. The owner is very quick to respond and was very welcoming. We loved the decor of the house and how comfortable the beds were. The owner made sure that we were well taken care of. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone to stay here. Groovy and welcoming

This is a fun and very welcoming place to stay with lots of little details you don't normally find with most short term rentals. From the coffee station to the snacks and down to the electric guitar, this place just has a wonderful loving vibe. The location was close to everywhere we needed to be and the host is excellent with communication. We hope it's available next year when we come back!

Best VRBO so far

The house is exactly as advertised. It was so cute with the themed interiors. The master bed was very comfy. The house was easy to find and part of a very quiet but friendly neighborhood. We brought our two dogs who loved it as well. They hung out in the backyard most of the time. But this home made Simcoe and Ruby feel right at home! The house has everything you need.
