「The customer service was excellent, the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and provided quick support. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. This hotel was a wise and correct choice when I went to Sapa; everyone should book and stay here when visiting Sapa.」

「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. 「The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa!
