"This is a very large and busy hotel, but surprisingly pleasant. Really very close to check in - maybe 5 minutes walk and all inside. There's a great view point in the airport building that can be used to watch the planes during your stay. You can eat in the airport. The hot baths were clean and nice (extra fee), but I didn't find the hot stones very enjoyable."

"Staff were so helpful. We were in the east wing so it was a little bit of a hike with laundry but that was fine. You dont need laundry soap it comes with the machine. Centrally located to trains and city life. Breakfast was ok, I wish it rotated the selection because after 4 days of the same stuff I was done with the buffet. For me the beds were too firm, but thats a me problem. Definitely would stay here again"
