"Despite some hiccups at the start and the end, with faulty aircon and power trips (beyond their control), it is still my hotel of choice to bring my mum and grandmother. Attentive and responsive reception and maintenance. Even housekeeping crew is great. 2nd time staying here."

"The only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard can’t help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didn’t know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building."
