「We checked in at 11:20 pm and the guy was sleeping. He then couldn’t find our reservation and kept taking us they were booked out with no rooms. Our reservation was already paid for. It took 20 minutes back and forth before he found a printed reservation receipt. Then the Roll-A-Way we ordered was not available because they no longer have them. The room was ok.」
