「We loved this location and property. It is a gem. Michael the host greeted us upon arrival. He answered all my questions promptly through our stay. The unit was extremely quiet. The pool and grounds was beautiful. We ate breakfast every morning outside at the dining table. Coffee, sugar, and tea was provided. 」

The whole property is your own private oasis-no kids, the property is stunning & gated, it is peaceful but with great energy, and the staff is so friendly & always happy to help. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and they have a non-stop beach shuttle to drive you across the street if you do not want to walk. 「The highlight of this hotel is its location and beautiful beach. The property is older and they do their best to maintain it, but the rooms are in need of updates, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel could be improved.」

「Despite wanting to have turn down services, they never did it. We asked numerous times and never received it. They left us the same towels and sheets for 6 days. We also paid for “all inclusive”, but there are caveats. Room service is extra. At the restaurants, they do not allow you to take your leftovers or dessert back with you. My room key didn’t work once to get into the gym. I even had them remake keys. After the 1st day, they just told me to ask someone that was already in there to open...
