    Tamarindo Beach is a beautiful beach with amazing waves, sunsets and so much more. Tamarindo is a great town full of things to do, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. People from all over the world call Tamarindo "home" making it a melting pot of experiences, food, and activities. Tamarindo has something for everyone...from family-friendly restaurants and activities, surf lessons, kayaking, boogie boarding, etc. to great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. There are amazing boutiques, souvenir shopping and great grocery stores, and farmers and night markets. Tamarindo is a great place to take a surf lesson or to hop on a boat for a day of fishing or a sunset Catamaran tour. We even have a skate park and basketball court for those who want something to do in addition to the beach. The Tamarindo Bay offers surf breaks for multiple levels of surfers and calm waters for those who just want to swim and float. The Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach for walking, playing volleyball, or just sitting and watching the sunset. Just outside of Tamarindo, there are amazing bike trails for mountain bikers, and it's an easy drive to many other amazing beaches. Tamarindo has lodging for everyone's budget - from budget-friendly small units in town to multi-million dollar houses up on the hill with amazing views.

    Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

    Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

    Location:
    Located less than a mile from the center of town – but off the beaten path this private, southwest style, contemporary home is the ultimate retreat. It is conveniently located in the quiet residential “Oro del Sol” area and just 10 minutes walking distance from the Tamarindo beach and the heart of the town, where you find all the great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, beach, and surfing.
    Just outside the front door, there is a small playground for children and it is close to great trails perfect for hiking and mountainbiking

    Rooms:
    This modern home has 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a full, ensuite bathroom, plus a half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms are considered “master bedrooms”; one is located on the second floor with a large private balcony to see the sunrise on the sounds of the howler monkeys, overlooking the surrounding hills of Tamarindo and the ocean; and the other is on the first floor with views on the pool and the backyard.
    There are 1 king size bed and 3 queen size beds which results in a comfortable 8 sleeps location

    Layout & amenities:
    The home is spacious, open floor plan includes a fully equipped high-end kitchen and a large island with a dishwasher. Small appliances include blender, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Dishes, glassware, cookware, towels, and linens are provided.
    With large windows designed all around the home, you can take advantage of the natural light that elegantly fills the open spaces. The dining room offers a very nice living area that opens on to a large terrace with a gorgeous private pool surrounded by a tropical garden. The pool area with a covered terrace is the perfect place to BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining.

    There is also a large laundry room with full-size washer & dryer on the main level and weekly housekeeping is included. This home has A/C and ceiling fans throughout and includes high-speed internet, cable TV, a safe and phones for local calls.
    The home is called in for privacy but includes an alarm system for peace of mind.

Family getaway

This home offered plenty of space for our family of 6. A great kitchen, excellent bedrooms and a lovely pool. A bit of a walk to the beach, but doable. We walked at least once a day to beach or downtown. A marvelous place to relax.

Property was fntastic... Nestled up the hill about surounded by the palma tress made the back yard pool amazing as you can get a tad breeze. I would recommened renting a golf cart for easy transportation. But very easy to walk to the beach/stores and resturant.

Amazing stay!

Starting with the hosts; absolutely amazing service. Extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Location was about a 10 min walk to the beach. Safe, and full of some nice jungle scenery. The place has everything you need to enjoy Tamarindo. 10/10 would recommend and definitely returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful and carefree holiday in this property. The peace and privacy are truly exceptional — perfect for completely unwinding and recharging. There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, with a beautiful private pool area that’s simply a joy to spend time in. Everything was impeccably maintained and spotless upon arrival, which immediately set the tone for a great stay. The property is also easy to reach, and the local agent was incredibly friendly and helpful. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get — no surprises, only positive confirmation. The location is ideal: within walking distance of the beach, as well as great restaurants and bars, so everything is close at hand without sacrificing tranquility. A special and unforgettable touch: one morning we were even visited by a howler monkey in the garden — an amazing experience that made our stay feel even more unique. The alarm system is very user-friendly and the internet is fast and reliable, adding even more comfort to the experience. In short: a smooth, relaxing, and truly delightful holiday. Highly recommended!

Family Getaway

The property suited our family perfectly. 6 adults, we had enough space for everyone. The pool was absolutely perfect for days we just wanted to relax. W we were wble to make breakfasts, and then head out for the day. Come back at night and enjoy the the pool deck. The driveway was a bit intimadating the first time pulling in, but it got easier as the days went on. Thank you for the beautiful home, it made our trip that much better. We could be together as a family.

We would absolutely stay in this home again. It was clean, ac in the home functioned well. Having a gate to park the car inside was nice. The driveway is a bit steep but our 2x4 vehicle had not issues with it. As an adult you can easily walk into town. We had few kids so we just drove. Someone came to tidy up during our stay, an also came to check on the pool and clean it up as well.

Great location but needs maintenance

We stayed in this house with another family for two weeks. Tamarindo is wonderful and the property is in a great location. We loved the pool and the layout of the house. That said, the house definitely needs some TLC. The downstairs master shower is caving in (water literally floods through the shower ceiling when it rains) and there are large leaks in many locations. The furniture could also use some improvement. One of the kitchen chairs collapsed while a 105lb guest was sitting on it, and the others seemed a little iffy as well. We had several maintenance issues while we were there and the property manager was pretty responsive. Overall we enjoyed the trip, but it’s never ideal to be on vacation worrying about someone else’s house

As a family with teenagers, we were looking for a place that offered both relaxation and adventure—and this villa delivered on every front.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the lush tropical surroundings, and the warm, welcoming vibe of the property. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The teens especially loved the private pool and the fast Wi-Fi (a must!), while we parents appreciated the peaceful mornings on the terrace with coffee and the sound of the ocean in the background.The location was perfect—close enough to Tamarindo’s vibrant town center, beaches, and surf spots, yet tucked away enough to enjoy privacy and tranquility. We explored local markets, tried surfing lessons and diving, went zip-lining through the jungle —all easily accessible from the villa.We left with unforgettable memories, tons of photos, and a unanimous family vote to return. If you're traveling with teens and want a mix of adventure, comfort, and luxury—this villa in Tamarindo is the place to be!

Plenty of privacy from each other yet lots of comfortable communal space to hang out. Combined with a cart rental from Paradise Cart Rentals, this was the perfect location for our first visit to Tamarindo! Do not hesitate to rent this location. Only downside is the steep uphill climb from the main road. If you are not steady on steep hills, this location may be difficult for you. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and the rental company was great to work with every step of the way. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. The pool was amazing! Highly recommend - pura vida!!

Comfortable villa, good location, clean, safe

The villa is well located just outside the busy area but still walking distance away (10-15mins). The pool is fabulous and gets plenty of sun (some shade as well). The property was clean and felt secure as well. We did recommend that they upgrade the living room couch as it was not very comfortable. The house had a great AC and fan system which kept us cool. The drive way is pretty rough and can use an upgrade. Overall I would recommend this villa and I would stay here again.

Overall a very nice place. It's private, even though it's close to other villas. It's walkable to the beach 10-12 minutes. Bottom line is that we really enjoyed our stay.

The owners and staff continue to improve the property and add special touches throughout to make the stay there even more perfect. The home is in a great location within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Although I have never felt anything but safe in the home, the owners have added even more safety features to ensure guests are well taken care of. We ran out of propane while using the BBQ, and the staff responded immediately to get us a replacement tank. The pool and yard are beautiful, and the home is clean and very comfortable for a large family. I highly recommend. Thank you to the owners and staff for a truly great experience once again!

Not to mention, the owner, and RPM Rentals were incredible people and so very helpful for anything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone! The only downside is that it has a shed that takes up most of the parking space so it only fits 1 car and we have to left the other car outside.
