Both villas are a light, bright and contemporary. Each villa is 3300 square feet and is comprised of 3 levels. The first floor of each is an open concept and features the living room, a half bath, the kitchen, dining area and laundry room. The second floor of each house has three of the bedrooms and the 3rd floor is the fourth bedrooms and a balcony with partial ocean views. All 8 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The houses have been tastefully decorated with custom furnishings and amenities. The art work has been procured from local Costa Rican artists and the wood work in villa 2 is hand made from a local wood artisan. There are three stories of glass windows for breathtaking views that overlook the private pools, the ocean and the beautiful tropical gardens.
Villa 1 has 3 king beds, 1 full pull out sofa and a twin over full bunkbed. Villa 2 has 3 King beds, 1 queen pull out sofa sleeper and a twin over full bunkbed.
The third floors features floor to ceiling windows/ doors in the bedrooms and a balconies overlooking the majestic Pacific. You can watch the amazing sunsets, savor a quiet moment at night underneath the stars or catch up on your reading, while sipping on a cup of Costa Rican coffee and listening to the nearby birds and watching the howler monkeys frolic in the trees. Each 3rd floor suite has a large en-suite bathroom. Villa 1 has dual sinks, an open concept shower and a modern free standing tub. Villa 2 has dual sinks, a large dual shower and jetted tub along side the large windows overlooking the ocean. The second floor master suites also feature a king size bed, a huge walk in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in shower. There is a smaller terrace off these bedrooms overlooking the pool where you can relax and take in the beauty of the green palm trees and colorful beautiful birds that visit our back yard. The third bedrooms, also located on the second floor can be accessed through a separate entrance off the garage stairs or through the door at the end of the hallway. They each have a king sized bed, sleeper sofa, and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedrooms, which are also on the second floor, each have a twin over full/ bunk bed, an en-suite bathroom and a small walk in closet.
Prepare delicious meals or a frozen drink in either of the enormous fully equipped kitchens, while admiring the birds and butterflies out the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining and garden area. Each living room features a comfortable large sectional, another sofa, a seating bench, an oversized swivel chair, and 55” LCD Smart TV. There is an indoor dining area in each villa that features a custom locally hand crafted resin river table that seats 6 and an adjacent breakfast bar that seats 4 or you can also choose to dine al-fresco by the pool. The professionally maintained tropical gardens in the back yard surround your very own private pool for each villa. There is a pass through gate in the backyard wall for easier access between the pools. Rattan style pool furniture around each pool allows you to relax and soak in the sun with maximum comfort. A gas grill is also available on each side for you to grill some delicious steaks or seafood.
Each villa offers a private attached garage and alarm system for your ultimate security. It’s just a 3 minute walk to the grocery store, several excellent local restaurants, and beautiful Playa Langosta (certified “Blue Flag” for water and beach quality). Tamarindo is just a mile away, available by car, taxi, or another short walk to the south end of Tamarindo beach.
