The Space:

Close to all the action yet far enough to offer you the quiet you need this two stories vacation rental for up to 6 people, has a great location if you are looking for beach, fun, and relaxation. Located as short as a 2-minute walk to Langosta beach, with the surf break only about a 5 to 6-minute walk down the shore!!



In Villa Cerca del Mar, you will find 3 bedrooms, all of them with top-of-the-line lines and mattresses, A/C, ceiling fans, a closet, and a private bathroom, also with lots of natural light. The first room is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has a king-size bed. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



There is free high-speed fiber optic internet with 100mbps and signal extenders in every room to provide full coverage around the property, so you don't miss a thing. There is a 55” smart TV in the living/dining area, a 30” Chromecast enabled TV in the downstairs bedroom, and a 43” smart TV in the upstairs bedroom. You will have access to a private outdoor and spacious terrace with a BBQ grill and a private pool and also a fountain so you can relax at the sound of the dripping water. For your convenience, you'll find an inside utility room with a washer/dryer. There is free and secure parking directly outside the house.



The kitchen features wooden cabinets, concrete countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and all utensils and cooking supplies. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as basic spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps.
