“The room OK but the bathroom was not clean ”

“Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. Never mind the tiniest bar of soap ever and it had no suds when wet. Will not frequent this hotel again when traveling. Positive note, the front desk ladies were very courteous and pleasant. The initial presentation was confusing. The entrance was on……

“The front desk woman, Silk, gave us awesome food recommendations and helped us book a suite perfect for our family of 5. Great room, close to tons of great restaurants. The expedia listing stated there was a arcade/game room which actually just means the basketball court fyi”

“We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times previously and our reaction is always GREAT! Truly. Rooms well appointed. Clean, quiet, comfortable, attractive. Breakfast is terrific, parking’s a breeze. Staff is terrific and pleasant. We will he back! Mark Polis, MD”

“Curtains in the room need replaced they do not close all the way had to buy hair clips to hold them. Clothes curtains do not blackout room. They are blackout curtains, but there is an inch and a half gap under the curtain that allows all light to shine through had to shove towels underneath curtains. ”

“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”

“Clean room, parking was convenient and free (which is great), Pool was warm and clean, Breakfast food was good ”
