“房間很乾淨，酒店附近有很多餐廳。 唯獨車位是先到先得，如果泊滿了要到附近的Times停車場，酒店優惠平¥100，夜泊¥700/晚。 酒店包早餐，但選擇不多，但以此價錢還包早餐，已覺得很滿意，且酒店餐廳的婆婆輩服務員，笑容滿面，又主動幫客人，早餐完結時，還全體鞠躬謝謝客人，服務完全不像一般的商務酒店，推薦！”

“Staff is friendly and helpful, free parking is good for driving trip. However, room condition is not good and shocking. Cigarette bud with lip gloss on the floor, A pair of False Eyelashes sticked on the tissue box. That strange and unnatural and making you feel frightened.”

“Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Each room comes equipped with everything you need to make green tea and wake up with the sun. The 6th floor restaurant boasts views of Mount Fuji on a clear day……

“這次連住六晚，飯店的住房都是高樓層，還有離JR大宮車站走路約九分鐘，是我選擇的原因 飯店房間大小很剛好，大行李箱打開沒問題，房間十分安靜，幾乎都沒聽到什麽聲音，空調也很安靜，TOTO的免治馬桶是等級比較高一點的，而且這次房間在19樓，所以住宿是很舒服的 但是有一個問題，就是自住早餐的菜色雖然算是還不錯，但種類偏少，最大的問題是食物幾乎每天都一樣，如果要連住好幾天，可能到第三天就膩了，尤其是有帶小孩的家庭，西式餐點的種類偏少，也比較不好吃 每天更改菜色應該是飯店要改進的方向，不然要連住多天的客人應該會受不了”

“The owners were so enjoyable, they only spoke broken English but we were able to converse. The facility is a traditional Japanese inn, so sitting in the floor and sleeping on futon. Suggest using two futon if you are not so l used to sleeping in the floor. The air conditioning was great cause it was hot outside. Really close walk to Don Quijote and many shops, markets and food, 6 minute walk. Musashi Koganei station and area around have so much, Muji, Daiso, H&M.. Easy train ride into……

“This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.”

“早餐還不錯、隔音佳、房間大小也還ok行李可以打開，大樓裡就有幾間餐廳了，而且在地鐵站斜對面而已(就是埼玉新都心站，但離東京市區要坐30分鐘以上，遠一些但值得） 服務人員也很客氣，CP值高!”

“Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. The very kind owner/host offers a comfortable place to stay with excellent hospitality and flexibility for not just solo travellers but couples and even small groups.
