Girls Week Out!

The property was decorated nicely and very cozy. The rooms were spacious and allowed plenty of seating. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and relaxing. We loved the backyard and enjoyed relaxing there. We would definitely recommend this lovely home.

1st Family Spring Break

Finally a vacation for our large family of 7 ever! The house fit us and our stuff well. Great spring board location to attractions in Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete., grocery stores, dining etc. Neighborhood seemed safe and never had any issue with neighbors or even saw them. Highway and major roads were close but not too loud.

The house is very nice and centrally located. However, even though the house accommodates eight people, you can only have 2 cars on the parking pad. Arch street is very narrow and vehicles travel at higher speeds than you would expect for a residential area.

Recently renovated and well-equipped vacation space

This home was thoughtfully renovated with out-of-town guest in mind. Quite pleased with how well equipped the home was from kitchen to bathroom to indoor and outdoor entertainment. The house feels like home, however with decor that is fresh and feels like vacation. Essential to any stay: Beds are comfortable, and adequate extra pillows and blankets. Showers are clean and ample hot water. Kitchen is well equipped and in a two-week stay was never found wanting for odd things like matches, bottle openers, batteries, etc. This is not a luxury property but is a fun thoughtful and well-equipped property fair to its price point and highly recommend.

Not comfortable

This house was renovated without fixing some foundation issues. There is a large drawer (silverware) that basically stays open. Flooring has some weird spots, plastic toilet seats slide sideways when you sit on it. The beds are uncomfortable, and so is all the furniture. This house “looks” good, it will accommodate a large group/family but I would not stay here again especially at the price point. Most comfortable thing was the dining room table and chairs, really those were nice. They didn’t provide enough dishwasher tablets, a scrubber for dishes, or enough trash bags.
