MOLD SMOKE MILDEW

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. I walked in and walked immediately out and booked a hotel room. Reeked like smoke and mildew. They were clearly aware of this issue as there were humidifiers and air fresheners and buckets of mildew rid. Immediately upon arrival I called and notified the property management company. They told me they would get back to me in 2-4 hours. No call, I called again and asked for a refund they initially told me YES and that I’d receive the refund in 24-48 hours. Host canceled reservation (we were staying in a hotel). Never received the refund , called back and got told they changed their mind about the refund after further review. VRBO themselves told me to call my bank and file a charge back. My bank approved it. Bottom line this is a horrible money grab and they have no customer service. This house is a trap house. VRBO needs to remove off site.

Place is a dump.

I was going to write a long, detailed review of this place but then I hit the character limit, so I'll keep it short and sweet. They want you to fill out additional paperwork outside of the VRBO ecosystem. That's a no go, and I had to call and get that waived. The place is mildewy and musty smelling. They've attached car air fresheners to every ac vent in the house, and put buckets of damp-rid everywhere to try and compensate. It doesn't work. The place is dirtyyyy. Walls, baseboard, and doorframes have dirt and smudges all over that could be taken care of, but isn't. Everything about it is cheap, with cheap uncomfortable beds. Feels like a mattress picked up from Goodwill. The bathroom is so tiny you wouldnt believe it, but I had to use the toilet sideways or my knees would hit the worlds tiniest sink right in front of me. Truly though, the worst part of all is that it's infested with fleas. They tend to congregate in the bathtub for whatever reason, and you could always find a bunch there, but I picked them off of me in all areas of the house. I truly, truly hated my stay here and it's the worst 'vacation rental' I've ever had.

Tampa stay

Great neighborhood to stay in. House was a little musky smelling, but Had an air purifier and 2 damp-rid in house to help. Bathroom smaller than expected, but functional. Over all experience great.

Clog

Contacted property management about a clog in the bathroom sink. I even asked that a plunger be dropped off. I was told they would get back to me and never did. It was interesting brushing your teeth in the soup of soap and dirty water for a week. Hopefully the problem will get resolved soon. Other than that, great stay
