This property was fantastic. We were attending a family event and the host was really accommodating to me and my family. The location was fantastic, we were close to everything we needed. There were some maintenance issues with some closet doors and we didn't find all the appliances mentioned in the description, but overall we loved our stay there.

Cute cottage home near the Armature Works

Modestly appointed three bedroom home a half mile from the Armature Works. Home is comfortable and with a bit of attention to detail would rate a 9 (blinds broken on a few windows and need repair, appliances, specifically washer, was nonworking). Host communication was timely and although not able to fix the washer, was made aware and adjusted cost to compensate (good service recovery). Only one entrance/egress as sliding doors to back are not workable. Back yard only accessed by a gate as door does not open to backyard. No outdoor furniture available, no outside grill, but if you are looking for a cool and comfortable, clean place to stay inside, this is nice.

Clean and perfectly sufficient

Our stay was great at this house! It had all the necessary amenities we needed and was very clean. We were in town for an event at the convention center - we were a short drive from there and many other things to do in Tampa. I would recommend!
