This was the nicest hotel Ive ever stayed at. The room was fantastic. I breakfast was great. The reception was very good. Dinner was good. Fantastic stay.

I was very dissatisfied as a Hilton Honors Member. I was over charged for my stay & was never notified. The Indian lady who assisted with my check in that apparently was the manager was very rude when I needed assistance with my stay. She even gave me a room that I did not have reservations for. I paid for a king size bed & she gave me a twin bed suite. When I notified her of the confusion she changed it to a king size bed but charged me extra on top of an early check in when I was notified through via email that early check in was NOT available. She also never sent me a receipt for my stay. I then called the hotel three times to get assistance & a young lady named Cat was told of the situation & she took my information down to hand over to another manager to call me but I was never contacted. The next day I called the hotel twice. I was placed on hold by Cat both times & then after 5 to 6 minutes the phone hung up without anyone answering to assist me with my concern. Customer service was very disappointing.

When we asked housekeeping to change our sheets because it was dirty upon checking in, they just remade the bed with the same sheets.
It took us going down there twice to get them to change it.
The next day, our newborn pooped on the sheets on accident, and we asked them to change the sheets, again, they didn’t change them. They just remade the bed.
We left not happy.

No pool available in 4th July weekend and didn’t had the courtesy to inform us, also no free coffee or a serviceable coffee machine, I was charged for the coffee and coffee machine was never fixed. Staff seem not to be happy with what they are doing, poor customer service. Asked for extra sheets and some thug sagging his pants showing his underwear brought or sheets and they didn’t smell clean, A/C in room couldn’t be controlled, had limited towels for a family room…. If I can give 0 starts definitely would be much diserved.

it was really great, happy hour was nice with lil snacks and chips and salsa and the 2 complimentary alcoholic drinks for each adult in your party. I do just wish they had more options at happy hour. The fire alarm also went off at almost 1am one of the nights we stayed. We all had to evacuate the building luckily everyone was okay but it was exhausting for those who had plans to wake up early to go to the parks nearby. otherwise the rooms and breakfast was nice. I do want to mention unfortunately they close the omelet station more than 30 mins before breakfast ends so get there earlier. We were a lil disappointed in that fact but overall the stay went well and I think I would stay here again if we return to busch gardens.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was over the top, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding. My suite was perfect thank you so much for everything. Shout out to the shuttle driver who drove me back and forth to Moffitt Cancer center.

Location great for USF, rooms ok but dated, breakfast was terrible, not the food which was ok, but the service staff were super-slow and poorly trained. There was nowhere for us, a family of two, to sit whilst dozens of tables were left uncleared; the coffee ran out and no one seemed to care, no one was checking on anything - absence of management; I eventually asked one of the workers for more, which was grudgingly and slowly provided. Hotel itself ok but staff and oversight need a wake up call.

To remedy the lack of beds, the gave us a second room on a different flr. we had to separate the family and an arguement resulted .

It was a safe property where I could go outside and walk around at night and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice conveniently located. However communication was lost I ask for one body towel and face towel twice and did not receive it both times other than that my stay was very pleasant.

This is an absolute amazing place to stay from the moment you walk in the door. It’s beautiful, very clean, everything in the room was operational, staff was over the top friendly which our made our stay wonderful. We will definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

I didn’t like that guests have to pay for parking, but the fact that this hotel offers pretty good breakfast and happy hour, as well as a dine-in restaurant for dinner was awesome.

Refrigerator was unplugged when arrived. Did not have enough towels for 4 people. Bathroom door handle on backwards. Couldn’t figure how to get into the bathroom at 5am and had to call engineering dpt and all the kids woke up. No one had enough sleep.

This hotel was very close to fantastic restaurants, shopping malls, and Bush Gardens. The breakfast was delicious my only wish is if they had a non-pork option for meat with the omelette. Overall we would come again

As a former Executive Housekeeper for Hilton Grand Vacations I was disappointed upon our return to the hotel yesterday. The 2 garbage cans in front of the hotel under the porticoche were overflowing with trash at. Around 4:45- check-in time, leaves in the area as well. We stopped a maintenance employee and told him and he went to clean the area.
Upon arrival back at our room, the housekeeper didnot throw out the trash from the previous day from our room, the shower glass soap slum was not cleaned, the bed was not made according to hotel standards the pillows were just thrown on the bed, debris were on the floor which indicates the floor was not swept or vacuumed. My husband called to report that the tv was indicating no channel, was told they would send someone. No one came. I guess after working in the industry for so many years and Hilton’s reputation in the industry, I was very disappointed in just the very clear basics not being done. This was my first time staying at an embassy suites property and I was NOT impressed in the least.
