We create a special space as a suite guest, which is part of the main house but completely private with an independent entrance. Pretty quiet and create for a relaxing stay.
It's a fantastic guest's suite in an excellent location. Ideal for a romantic getaway or just for a business travel or vacation. All the benefits of a private guest's suite at a single room rate. It has a kitchenette, a cozy queen bed, bathroom, TV (Roku), Internet (Wi-Fi).
Centrally located nearby almost everything (Airport, Buccaneers Stadium, Bush Garden and Adventure Island Parks, Zoo, Downtown and Restaurants).

I loved Mimi's place! The pictures shown are exactly what it looks like in person. I felt very safe entering and leaving the property. Outside lights came on as I entered or left when it was after dark. The bed and pillows were comfy. Everything was super clean and fresh.

Perfect Fit!
Everything about my stay was fantastic. Good location, quiet, safe, great outdoor lighting for security and a really nice outside patio area. The suite itself was very clean, nicely decorated, furnished and comfortable. The TV is awesome and I loved the shower. All you need is there and perfect for 1-2 people. The only thing missing was a stove for cooking, but Mimi was quick to furnish me with everything I needed to accomplish that. Her quick responses and attentiveness was first rate! This was the perfect place and location for the reasons I visited the Tampa area. All in all my 2 weeks stay was very enjoyable and I’m already looking forward to returning sometime in the future. Thank you Mimi!

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway
My husband I went to Tampa for a Convention and stayed at this property! It had a perfect price point, was easy to find, and was clean and comfortable. It is part of a duplex, and best for only two people. Three may have been crowded! If you’re looking for a place for you and a loved one to stay in Tampa…. Definitely check out this listing!

This is a perfect little spot to enjoy your visit to Tampa! The property was very clean and comfortable, in a nice older neighborhood right down the street from Raymond James Stadium and only a short drive from the airport.
