GOLF VACA 2025

Property was ok for an older complex. Obviously, a college housing unit. Carpet was stained and light bulbs missing in the bathrooms. Portion of blinds missing in common room. Dishwasher was disgusting but we didn't cook in the unit. I have pictures of this if you want them. It was just ok for a gentleman's golf trip. Wouldn't spend a week in that unit. Pictures on VRBO made this look like a 5-star resort when in actuality probably a 2 star.

Terrible experience. Avoid

The carpet was filthy and the furniture was in extremedisrepair. The sofa cushions were brittle and had holes in them. The unit advertised was NOT the unit that I rented. The pics of the unit advertised were from a ground floor unit. The unit I rented was on the 3rd floor. Classic bait and switch. The property manager was understanding and nothing short of fantastic. She did not get upset or defensive and worked diligently to get me a full refund. The unit was so nasty I checked out minutes after checking in. I would avoid this particular unit at all costs

This place is in student living apartments. Basically a large dorm room. The code didn’t work and it took over 1.5 hours to get in and it’s hot outside. The owners never responded and help center wasn’t helpful . Had to leave a voicemail twice. Somebody finally called me back to help. The code had never been activated by the owners so she reprogrammed it and gave us a new code. Once we got inside it was not what we expected. Stains all over the carpet, fake leather sofas very scratched up and the beds were all double beds not Queen size. Even when we sent pictures to vrbo they wouldn’t refund our money and the owners NEVER REPLIED to text or contact through vrbo messaging. We lost $951.00 and had to get a hotel room. Expensive weekend! Can’t believe this happened.
