Vibrant Historic Area. Great Place to Stay.

Stayed here two nights for some Lacrosse games at the University of Tampa. Super close to campus so that was great. The location itself is so fun! Tons of restaurants and bars within steps of the building. The unit itself was super clean and 5 stars on the comfy bed! Would stay here again for sure.

Great Studio and Perfect Location

Studio was super clean and had everything you’d need for a short stay. Location is perfect for exploring Ybor City. A parking spot is provided a few blocks away or you can pay 12.50 to park right in front of the entrance, which was convenient and easy. They provided a box fan, probably to help with the roosters. Very reminiscent of Key West where chickens and roosters are free roaming. It’s part of the cultural experience and quite entertaining.

Really enjoyed the location and the free rail car that runs through the city behind the building. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops for a stroll in the morning or evening. YBOR is a neat little part of Tampa and I wasn't expecting it to have such a cultural flare. The communication with the property owner was very good leading up to my visit. Just be prepared that you will not be able to get into the building before your time at 4:00 p.m. my flight arrived early and I was unable to get in like you might experience sometimes with a regular hotel chain.

Studio in the Heart of Ybor City

This was a wonderful location centrally located in Ybor City. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place had everything we needed for a weekend away.Our only complaint was the massively bright LED street light or Parking lot light that shown brightly through the windows despite having the blinds down. This unit could benefit from a blackout curtain being available to block that out.
