The property is located near most attractions, shopping and the airport. My family throughly enjoyed the large hearted pool, exercise equipment and well maintained grounds. The condo had a balcony which was used for morning coffee and happy hour. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The Multiple TVS were great.

Beautiful luxury apartment.

Our unit faced the pool area; which is like what you’d find at a high end resort. Very quiet. We couldn’t hear our neighbors, and the pool was sparsely used even though it is a large apt complex. Parking is in a multi -level garage.

This property is centrally located in the Tampa area within minutes to the airport. It has covered parking for their guests. The pool is needed for those hot summer days which one can cool off in. The beds are both clean comfortable. An elevator provides an efficient way to travel within the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Tampa trip.

The location was perfect for our family. It was very near to TPA, shopping, like the Int'l Mall, restaurants & no more than 15-20 min. drive to most attractions. The apt. was clean (though I felt the carpet needed a good shampoo). Otherwise, I'd have given it a 5 star for cleanliness. The apt. complex was quiet, with secure, covered parking. The neighborhood, though commercial, seemed safe.We noticed single people out jogging or walking their dogs, day & night. The pool was very nice & there is an adequate workout facility. There is keyless entry & communication with the owners/management was great. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Relaxing condo with a BEAUTIFUL pool-- 5 min from airport

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with extra towels and kitchen basics. Definitely family/kids friendly. Having a dedicated desk / working space was great and perfect for a remote office. Lots of closet space, very comfortable bed. The balcony was gorgeous...but the pool...WOW. The pool area and salt water pool was such an oasis. Seriously dreamy. Location was good---not much of a neighborhood, but 5 min from the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Family wedding trip

The condo needs cleaning. Update stained dirty carpets, mold in shower, dust in shower fans, lights in ceiling fan not working and unstable, screen missing in bedroom window. Shades couldn’t be raised due to it falling on my head.

Wonderful!

Very clean and the Hosts were very quick to answer any questions. Checkin process was very smooth and efficient. The pool is very nice and having the patio was great although the sun does not hit the patio at all. Nice to have washer and dryer right in the apartment. Secure parking and was only a 5-10 min drive to airport and also close to everything we did within 20 miles. Beach towels in the room was convenient too. Beds comfortable. Living room furniture not best quality, chairs are a little worn down sitting on springs. Couch is very low to ground but overall a great place to stay!!

Clean, comfy, good location!

Great condo in nice building. We grabbed some groceries from a near by Publix. I would say if you stay here u are going to want to have car. Very nice mall across the street with high end shopping and great restaurants. You are about 10min from the airport but we didn’t hear any airport traffic . We went to Busch Gardens during our stay and it took about 20mins to get there. Took us longer to get back because of rush hour . This condo is clean and spacious. There were kcups for coffee, a roll of paper towels and some laundry detergent.The pool was lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to airport

Five minutes from the airport! Quiet area. Plenty of room, clean, updated appliances, decor and furniture! Has two super comfy beds! Check in was easy/ communication with mngmt was great! The bath towels are a bit rough/thin. The pool area is nice and quiet. Such a pretty setting! Kitchen was well stocked with nearly everything you need! I would just add a drawer with pads. pens, local maps/restaurant brochures, etc.. The parking garage was so confusing! We got turned around everytime we arrived. This is due to the layout of the building..just pay attention to where you park! All in all, a good place to stay!

Cute condo in a quiet area

Cute no-frills condo with all the expected extras. The 2 king beds were so-so in terms of comfort; my husband didn’t sleep well but I did. I wouldn’t classify this as a premium listing with fluffy pillows, towels and high end toiletries but it was nice for our little beach getaway in Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater area. The covered parking garage was appreciated in the summer heat and there are some great restaurants nearby (Union New American was amazing). The pool area was very nice and easy to access. I didn’t like the fact that the checkin code is emailed just right before checkin time. That created anxiety for me and I’ve never ran into this practice in any other rental property I’ve stayed in. I’ve always received all checkin info at least 24 hrs in advance. We arrived 1/2 hour early so I called and got the info right away but it was tacky in my opinion and not a good way to start my stay.

A relaxing, convenient stay

My friend and I were in town for a concert at Raymond James stadium. This lovely condo was walkable to and from the concert and close to many restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon. The hosts were great and communicative. I highly recommend.

Excellent amenities and amazing hosts

This property was really awesome! We have stayed in a lot of places but this was the first where everything in the home was at a standard of what you would get for your own home (not second hand things but all new and bought just for the space). Starting from the beds (soo comfortable and spacious), to all the appliances in the kitchen being in great condition, the decor, the couches and having TVs in all the rooms and living spaces. The dishes were all so nice and all matched! The view to the pool was beautiful to wake up to! The WiFi was super fast, and the gym was amazing and having a mini mart in the building was so convenient too! Location to places was easy and fast. The host was so kind and super fast in responding and helping with any questions! We loved our stay and would so recommend this place! One feedback to note is that although there were many pots and pans there wasn’t much mixing bowls to help with the cooking but we managed 🤗 Thank you so much again for such a great experience!

Great pool!

If you want to be close to everything in Tampa, look no further! This is a great condo with all the amenities! Lean, comfortable and a wonderful pool. Highly recommend it!

Our Week in Tampa

This was an easy process from booking to check-out. Response from the owners was immediate. The property was exactly as advertised and in a great location. Beautiful apartment that more than met our needs. Will definitely book this apartment again when we go back! Only suggestion is about the sofa....really low to the ground. Hard to get up from it, Lol!

Convenient & Clean

Tucked away in a non-assuming apartment building, this condo is bright, roomy, and worked perfectly for two couples on a golf weekend! Our hosts were SUPER responsive when I could not locate my welcome email, and checked in to make sure we made it in OK. SUPER clean and we had a great stay.
