Spring break
We stayed for a week over spring break. The house was a little far from the things we wanted to do. The house was the perfect size for what we needed for 5 people. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock and we saw manatees on several different days. The hosts are quick to respond to messages.

Great Vacation Home
My family stayed here for a week. The house had everything we needed. The area was fun to explore. We tried all of the local restaurants. The grocery stores were close to us. We had a problem with the air conditioning when we first got there, but the property manager showed up within 15 minutes and had it fixed for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Solar cover on pool worked great, water temp was mid 80s. Very relaxing. Would stay here again when coming to this area. Many thanks to the hosts.

Very clean and a fun location.
The home spacious and very clean. It is near the park on Tampa Bay which is a great place to walk and enjoy the bay views. The Manatee Viewing Ctr is just up the road and always fun to visit.

Beautiful property & area. Loved watching the Manatees swim by the dock.
Disappointed we had to purchase toilet paper for the week, one would think that would be provided for your stay but only 1 roll in each bath. Master bedroom windows along the side should have a blind to pull down. There was no way to get the curtains to close entirely without leaving a pretty large crack for someone outside to see in directly, and see someone drying outside the shower. We placed a mat on the floor where it was a different level in the kitchen/dine area as it was a bit of a hazard and hard to see the step down, we did trip a couple of times hence the towel. One last thing, we were a little put out by the number of things expected to be done as part of the clean up, eg. strip beds, put out garbage, do laundry etc. thought that's what's covered in the cleaning fee. Despite some of these things we did enjoy our stay,

Wonderful stay
We had a beautiful stay in the property. We had to contact the owners as there was no shade provided by the pool (they had recently removed a shady tree) but the matter was resolved very quickly. The building noise from across the canal was annoying but nothing the owner could have done.

Relaxing view
Our family had a blast relaxing and enjoying the pool and fishing in the afternoon and while we did that we were able to see manitees and dolphins. I really enjoyed opening the patio doors to the master bedroom at night and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we needed and we would love to book again!

We loved staying in this rental! It was clean, convenient, and beautiful. Host got us all the instructions long before we would need them and was accessible anytime I had a question. We would definitely stay again. Loved seeing the water from 2 of the bedrooms.

The Getaway
This place could not have been more perfect for our getaway. We had plenty of space and comfort. Everything was as it was listed and more. We spent quality time on the patio and the deck and enjoyed every minute. Tried our hand at fishing without much luck but did get to see the dolphins playing and some manatee roaming which was super cool. We will definitely be returning to this location next year.

Spring Break to see Grandparent Snow birds
I rented this place because my parents live in a camper for the winter. This gave my family of 5 plenty of room to spend a few quality days with some much needed Grandparent spoiling. My 13 and 11 year old boys loved the fishing rods, even though they didn’t catch a thing. My 6 year old daughter grew gills and swam for hours on end. My 3 year son was just happy to throw toys in the pool. Thank you Stu and Kim for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We would love to come back sometime. (The neighbors are even friendly and introduced themselves!) Amazing memories! Oh and the beds were super comfortable!

House was perfect for our getaway. Very quiet neighborhood. Kids had fun fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. We saw manatees off the dock. The house was perfect and the dock was better than advertised. Our trips to and from downtown Tampa were traffic free. Manatee viewing just 5 minutes away, though was also so one off the dock! Great place even if we ever did anything else.

Comfortable home
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this home. It is as in the pictures and feels like home. It’s clean, has nice/comfortable furniture, a well-stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor space. We didn’t have one issue in the two weeks we were there. I would recommend this home.

Clean & comfortable - convenient location
This was our 2nd stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. Convenient to anything you want to do. Our only disappointment was the pool temp - which is a typical VRBO issue. When the ads (for most properties) say "solar heat", it means they have a solar cover on the pool and rely on sunshine to heat it. Comfortable pool temps don't happen until April. That said, we would definitely stay again.

An Amazing Stay
The house is exactly as advertised. A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to all the necessities such as supermarkets and the like. You can fish right off the dock, the house has poles, buckets for bait. We had luck with live shrimp, especially in the evening. The host was great with communication and made everything very easy. I would gladly return back. Thanks so much for having us!

Family Stay Sept 15-18th
We had a good stay at this property. We were traveling for a last minute family emergency. Stu was great to work with, he was very accommodating and helpful in our situation, that was a huge help to us. The house is very spacious and nice, in a very nice area. The pool and private dock were great and a place to relax and enjoy the water. If you are looking to stay in this area, it would be difficult to find a nicer place.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and in a great location for exploring the Tampa area. The only suggestions I would make are the following: It would be nice to have access to beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler for beachcombing days. Also we needed to stock up on most household essentials (laundry soap, dishwashing soap, dishwashing liquid, plastic wrap, food storage baggies, etc); more than usual when renting for a short stay. Would highly recommend this house as these were minor inconveniences in our overall experience.

This house was great for our family for a week of escape from the cold Minnesota winter. The house needs a some minor maintenance items such as loose door knobs and missing lightbulbs fixed but pretty minimal. The kids had a blast in the pool and caught a lot of fish off the dock! Home Away From Home
This was our second time staying at this house and I have to say it was clean and suited all of our needs. We were having construction done on our home and Kim and Stu were very accommodating the first and second time we stayed. The house was extremely clean! We work from home and our daughter does school virtually and the internet speed and home office accommodations were spot on. They thought of everything with this home away from home and we will stay here anytime we just want to get away! We were able to fish, swim, watch TV in any room we wanted, and wake up to the best view ever. Thank you Kim and Stu for everything!
