Mid-Point Access to stairways and Great Decor

#206 is a great room that has mid-way access to either stairwell. It had a modern, warm feel to it and our four teenage boys that stayed in this room really enjoyed the amount of space they had when my company brought a group of 23 students and adults here to The Well during the month of March. It had everything one would need to sustain a short or long-term stay comfortably. The accommodations, communication and service received through our iTrip Property Managers were top notch.

My stay at “The Well”

The property was pretty much as advertised. A last-minute change in instructions directed me to access the property through a side door by the dumpsters. Not very appealing and didn’t make me feel very valued. Night unit was on the second floor so I had to lug my luggage upstairs, which was not a surprise, but still was a pain in the butt. Interior was spartan but clean. The colors were bright and the furniture was new and in good shape. The couches in the common area were very uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable all the devices and fixtures in the unit work properly. They provided coffee and sweetener but no cream. The HVAC system work as designed. Overall a decent day, but you can do better. I recommend you get different couches.

Convenient Property

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. The convenience and cleanliness led me back there. Much more reasonable than area hotels and so much more space and amenities. Security measures are also a bonus.

Decent Rental

Overall, our experience with this rental was good with just a few issues that influenced the drop in rating to 4-stars. The unit was clean, communication was excellent, the unit was well-appointed and was in a good location for our purposes. The issues that influenced my 1-star decrease in rating included the following: (1) the "King" bed in one of the bedrooms was actually two twin beds pushed together. The gap in the middle was not terribly comfortable. (2) the two foundation mattresses on the "King" bed were wrapped in plastic and resulted in any movement in the beds being followed by the crinkle of plastic. (3) noise, including running water, tended to travel quite easily in the building. The person directly above us stayed up very late every night (i.e., 1:30am). It was difficult to fall asleep with the noise heard from the person walking around, opening/closing drawers and washing laundry(??) when we were otherwise trying to fall asleep at night. I would recommend that future renters bring ear plugs if this will be a problem for you as it was with us. Again, our overall experience was good, though not excellent, due to the issues I highlighted.
