Wonderful property!

Great property! Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the Tampa area. The beds are comfy, my kids loved the pool, and we appreciated that everything was provided to be able to kayak!

Vacation Getway in heart of Tampa

Amazing Spring Training home

Perfect Location in Tampa

Two families with 8 people. Plenty of room for everyone and all of the bathrooms made for a great stay. Little things needed attending: pool lights didn't work, patio tv didn't have internet,the upstairs dryer didn't work. Owners were responsive (offered temporary lights and fixed the oool filters that were falling off) but the dryer was a no go. Amazing location. Beautiful pool. House needs a few repairs but otherwise was a perfect family vacation.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

My husband and I had a phenomenal stay at this property. We enjoyed our time there from start to finish. The property is just as pictured, simply beautiful. The views of the lake are spectacular. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool and playing ping pong. We liked being able to play ping pong so much we ordered a table for our home. The location is also amazing. We were able to take daily walks at the nearby park. The check-in process was seamless and the amenities are too many to name. We will definitely visit them again.

I was not empressed

The pool was beautiful however the home should have been more cleaned. I witnessed roaches and insects etc. This experience wasn’t pleasant. I could have stayed at a hotel room. I rate it 3 stars.

Amazing Lake Front Home

Perfect lake front location with a pool and spa. Quite neighborhood. Home very well equipped with everything you need. The backyard view is breath taking. Check in process was super easy and communication great. 5 star rental.

Great Escape

House was in a great location! The outside patio/pool area was so relaxing. The inside was clean and laid out well. There is a desk with a monitor, hub and printer to hook up laptops. The internet is a bit slow, around 16mbs and really slows down when everyone is using the internet. Loved the complemental wine and coffee. We will definitely stay here agian!

A wonderful home with a perfect view and location

From start to finish, my group and I were very impressed with this property. Newly renovated with a spectacular outdoor space and view. Very quiet and private. The home is located in a great neighborhood close to everything Tampa has to offer. The communication with the host was spectacular and prompt. There isn’t much more you can ask for when staying in Tampa. I highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway, trip with friends, or anything in between.

Football excursion to watch our “Ravens” take down the Buccaneers.

We came in after midnight-house was well-lit for our arrival. Complimentary bottle of wine awaiting us. Everything pretty much as pictured. Nice sized rooms, lots of sleeping availabilities, nice linens, towels, bathroom/shower necessities-well stocked. Very nice surroundings. As a result of the two recent hurricanes, there was some property damage; therefore, affecting some of the amenities. The pool and hot tub had some maintenance issues, but we were able to get some use out of them, regardless. The view is absolutely gorgeous of the lake. Too many wonderful extras to mention. Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay.

"Caution"

When we arrived at the house & walked in it looked fine but, when we went in the back yard other then the pool it was a mess with caution tape on the upper dock, small dock, old pool enclosure & an inground trampoline with a section missing. Also there were aluminum beer cans in the water by the small sea wall & parts of the dock laying in the water. The inground pool was missing a main drain cover & part of a jet on the steps, being a pool builder for 43 years this is a major safety issue. We did have fun there since we are all older but I would not be happy if i went there with young children. I sent pictures to the phone # they gave me & said they document everything??

Great property with lots to offer, but a few details missed by the management

My wife and I, along with her family (8 of us total), stayed at this home for two nights while in town for a concert. The house itself is fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and located right on the water. We loved using the kayaks and paddle board, enjoyed beautiful sunsets over the lake, and appreciated the fishing poles, large kitchen, and the added bonus of a pool and hot tub.However, there were a few disappointments that kept the experience from being exceptional. Upon arrival, the home didn't feel as clean as expected (part of the floors and countertops were dirty), and there were no K-cups for coffee our first morning (though some were delivered later that day). Most notably, we weren’t able to use the pool at all during our stay—the water had a green tint and lacked the usual smell of chlorine. The maintenance team came out and treated it, but we were told not to swim for 24 hours, which brought us to our checkout morning.Communication with the property management company also felt a bit impersonal. I suspect a chatbot may be used for messaging, which is fine for basic questions, but it lacked the human touch that can make guests feel truly cared for.That said, the company did offer compensation for the issues we experienced, and I appreciated their willingness to make things right. With a little more attention to detail from the management team, this could have easily been a five-star stay. Overall, we still had a great time and would consider staying again.

Awful stay

Our stay here was awful. It was supposed to be 5 days and we got out in 1. Immediately upon arrival we reached out for a full refund. Sent around 20 pictures of broken items including kitchen sink, drawers, back door to pool not closing, holes in ceiling and baseboards covered with painters tape, musty smell, knobs just falling off when you opened cupboards, stained carpets in bedrooms and living rooms, dust and candy stuck to the floors, a ring of scum around the inside of bathtub, mold in showers and behind toilets and ants crawling all over the kitchen counters. They refused and sent a maintenance man and 2 cleaning members for almost 2 hours during dinner and while trying to put our kids to bed. This wasted our entire first day. We got VRBO involved around 9 pm and their health and safety team said they would refund us if they didn't. Finally at 12:30 am we received a text saying they would give us a full refund. This would have been helpful when we first asked and sent pictures as opposed to wasting our entire first day of vacation dealing with this mess. We didn't pay to walk a team around the house to point everything out that was wrong for 2 hours and inconvenience our whole first day. We were unable to do anything with our kids because we had to assist the cleaning and maintenance people. This company was very unprofessional and only cares about making money. I would never stay at any of their locations again.
