Not what I expected nor enjoyed

This apartment was definitely clean but awfully shabby. Walls were half painted, for example; and there were holes in the flooring, which gave me the creeps, considering that Florida is a place where many bugs are. The temperature was high in the apartment when I arrived, around 74, and there was no easy means to change that. (I tried to lower the temperature but to no avail.) The neighborhood was very much as described, but it was also more removed from restaurants and cafes &c than I expected. And it was more expensive to Uber back and forth to them than I was led to believe. At worst, three times the cost, which is significant. The most difficult part was that I was terribly allergic in the apartment, which suggests there is mold somewhere in the environment (as that is my only allergy). I could not end up staying there at all, as a result. The host was kind enough to return the cleaning fee, as I did not spend more than an hour there, though I booked it for 5 nights, but they did not budge on returning even a single night of the stay nor did they respond to my charge that there is mold in the apartment. Each person to their own actions. All I can say is, karma.

Great Trip

We had an enjoyable stay. The property was clean, quiet and easy to access. Except for a few needed new light bulds in fixtures, we had a great stay! I would recommend and stay again.

Place was clean, manager was polite, only problem hot water heater went out, no hot water last 3 days. Management tried to get it fixed but unfortunately was unable. I would still give it 3.5 to 4 stars.

Comfortable, Clean and well supplied accommodations

We enjoyed this lovely, stylish rental. Everything was A for our comfort. However, there was a blip in communications at our arrival, which caused me concern but was corrected in 30 minutes time. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

Property was clean and comfortable. Location was great, only a 1 mile walk to the University of Tampa! Very quiet. Gave us the perfect space to work and relax. Owner response is excellent! Thank you!
