The balcony provided a nice view of the city and some of its surroundings. And since it's New Year, it's convenient to watch the fireworks display though some of it is covered by the bigger building beside it. The airport can also be easily seen.

The customer service here was EXCEPTIONAL! Every single person was helpful, had a fantastic attitude, and was very kind. One of the front desk staff even gave me a hug when she found out I was home because my brother passed away. I work at a Forbes 5 star resort in San Diego and the service here reminded me of how we run our operations!
