“The staff was especially courteous when they learned I had visited the property before. They delivered a welcome fruit basket and handwritten note to my door, which was a very nice and personal touch. I also have to mention the complimentary breakfast on the day I checked out. There was a misunderstanding on the time breakfast ended, but when I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, not just to serve me a full breakfast, but also to serve the items I requested. And they did it with a smile. I……

I needed a late check-out due to my travel plans, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They allowed me to check out much later than the official time, which was a huge help. This level of customer care is exceptional and shows they truly care about their guests' experience. Will definitely return!”

“The property is just like the pictures! It is a magical place and really good for relaxation and privacy (the staff do stay around after breakfast to set up the pool which can take awhile, so if you want more privacy at the beginning of your day just let them know before breakfast to get the pool done early). The villa is sort of far from the cities (closest are canguu, munguu and seminyak), but if you use the app "go-jek", you can find the cheapest rates to get a drive- wish we had known……
