Good service but poorly maintained

The check-in was easy but the condition of the hotel is very poor. External windows didn't lock, taps were leaky, and curtains were filthy.

Since there is no fan/ air-conditioner provided at my room, the only choice is to open the windows to let the fresh air in. But unfortunately,the smells of food from the adjacent kitchen and the mosquitoes enter the room.There is no hair dryer and glass in the room provided too.

It's in a great location with food and shops below, covered for rain as well. The room is large and with the cool climate, the really hot shower was a treat!

Huge room and great location.

Booked a family room which has 2 separate rooms, a king size bed and twin beds. The main room has no fan and ventilation. Room was warm and stuffy. We had to open the balcony glass doors and the door that separate the 2 rooms in order to feel comfortable. No toiletries were provided. Only towels, toilet rolls and a all in one liquid dispenser for bath, shampoo and face wash! No bar soap, toothbrush, toothpaste or shower cap. Bedsheets, pillowcases and towels has stains on them. Pillows are so worn off! We expect coffee/tea facility but only an electric kettle and 2 glasses provided. This hotel urgently needs an upgrade. The furniture and room look very dated.

Ok for last minute deal

This hotel located in Tanah Rata. It's quite convenient since it's near to stalls, restaurant, mini mart and etc. In room it do not have fan. The hotel provide standing fan for rental (RM50/day if I'm not mistaken). We have to open windows to make the room cold. At night it quite noisy and smelly because of the surrounding streets. Overall it's okey.

Cameron Highlands <3

Even with the additional mattress on the floor, our room was a comfortable fit for 5 people. The bathroom was big and clean with the shower taking up half the space ~ perfect ^^ Our room overlooked the main road so it did get a little noisy at night, but after spending the whole day walking to and around the tea plantations, we were too tired to notice :) Just 5 mins from the bus terminal and surrounded by many restaurants and souvenir shops,

It was good. One thing I didn't like was that you could hear people outside of the room because of the walls being to thin. Had a trouble sleeping. The staff was helpful and kind.
