「A lot of maintenance being done. Was assigned a room, was put into a construction area and had paint fumes fill my room from the a/c unit. Went to the desk to get another room and took the staff over 30 minutes to respond and find me another room. Very poor response. Newly assigned room was acceptable. 「早餐很豐富，但是有些團客的客人會大聲喧嘩、浪費食物，建議八點過後再去享受早餐，才不會遇到他們。 飯店離海邊走路約15分鐘，附近有超市，採購用品很方便。 我住三樓的時候晚上很安靜，但無景觀。換到九樓，窗外景觀好，可是晚上會聽到窗外的車聲，隔壁說話聲音很大，一直到半夜一點多才停止。」

「I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!」

「The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.」

「What a grand lobby, in its day this must have been magnificent. Rooms are tired, staff were very helpful.」

「First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

「Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.」
