This property is across from the poconos outlets and food. It is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast and all day coffee in the lobby are worth the hotel stay price.

It’s getting very worn down. I’ve stayed here a few years back, but it feels very old and very little up keep. Beds are very uncomfortable, very few pillows, bathrooms in poor conditions.

absolute terrible stay, the staff is accommodating but the management is rude and nasty. Monoj the supervisor is aggressive and rude to people after losing my personal belongings and asking guests in the motel for a $100 reward to return my stuff he got in our faces and asked us to leave the hotel with no compassion that my stuff was stolen from his reservation desk. No apology and help from him. We made a police report. if you want to stay somewhere where your belonging are safe DO NOT STAY HERE!

Ms Jaimie Markowski,We were informed by you that you had left your phone at the Front office/ lobby. We provided you all the assistance that was possible. Next morning you took it upon yourself to call the guests in the rooms directly from your room at random looking for your phone and indirectly implying they had stolen it. We started getting calls at front desk from multiple guests staying in the hotel complaining that some woman is calling them in the room and accusing them of stealing her phone. When the hotel staff approached you to desist calling other guests’ rooms and intruding into their privacy you and your husband became rude, argumentative, and belligerent to the extent of slamming the door in the face of the hotel staff.This is the time when the decision was taken to ask you to leave the hotel to protect and safeguard our other guests from the harassment being caused by you. In the meantime, you called the Police and when they arrived, we requested them to ask you to leave the hotel to protect our other guests and end the nuisance being created. The police at the behest of your complaint asked us to review the CCTV tapes and that was done with the Police officer. Nothing was observed on the CCTV recordings to ascertain that you left the Phone in the Lobby or at the front desk or someone picked it up. We have tried to assist you to the best of our abilities, but it appears that was not enough for you. As such, to protect our guests, the hotel management has put you on a DO NOT RENT LIST, and Expedia has also been informed of the same. If someone is reading these comments, and our response I would say, he/she should choose our hotel over others as we are very attuned to protecting the privacy and security of the guests staying with us.

the hotel was in a great area. we enjoyed our stay. breakfast was good. place was renovated. pretty clean and had no issues. we stayed here for two nights and went to camel back for snow tubing. there is a lot of food options near by.

Great hotel for weekend getaway
Room was clean and updated. Great location and views of the mountains. Only feedback is that Bathroom fixtures needed a little maintenance. Free breakfast was a hot one and really good and staff was really helpful and friendly!!! Definitely will book again!
