Just give us a call and we'll credit your card for your night's lodging.Just a note that you had booked through Expedia and we give them a couple of our queen rooms. There was never a specific room offered other than a queen room which you stayed in. On our website we do not offer TV's in our Queen rooms (only our King Suites). We have attempted to contact this guest by phone and have only communicated by text message. We have reimbursed this guest for their stay. We are very disappointed the our guest did not have a satisfactory stay with us as we make it our absolute mission to give our guests the best experience. We must respond to a number of details in this review. First of all we are always available and live on the property, in fact we have a "red phone" at the front door of of the property for guests to pick up with any problems or questions. This red phone rings directly to our cell phone and we are available 24/7. We did not hear about any of these issues from the guest. The review here was the first time we were notified. We do not allow guests or dogs in our kitchen, period. The room which the guest stayed in (our Gemini Suite) had been occupied continuously for 14 days prior to and 4 days after the guests stayed with us with no report of any smells. Again, if the guest had attempted to contact us we would have gladly helped them and at the very least upgraded them to alleviate any of their concerns.
