Mini Split A/C for those warm Taos summer days.
Escape to this elegant 3,100 sq ft Southwestern adobe home, perfectly nestled on a private acre in the highly sought-after Weimer Foothills. Here, you'll find the best of both worlds: convenient access to scenic hiking and horse trails, as well as the charming retail shops of town.

Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept floor plan designed for spacious living. The inviting living room boasts oversized ceilings with beautiful pine and viga finishes and a classic kiva fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Adjacent to this, you'll discover a generous dining room and a well-appointed chef's kitchen. This gourmet space features upscale appliances, granite countertops, a practical island for meal preparation, and a high-top bar perfect for intimate meals or cocktails. The oversized dining area comfortably seats a large family and friends, making it ideal for memorable holiday gatherings.

The private master suite offers a serene escape, complete with its own kiva fireplace and a spacious, well-appointed en-suite bathroom. Nearby, you'll find a guest bath and a versatile oversized family room that can serve as an office, studio, or an additional bedroom. Two more bedrooms, a third full bath, and another family room are thoughtfully situated on the east side of the living area, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. There are 2 TV's with Satellite programing.

Outside, the beauty continues. Mature landscaping, charming portals, and privacy walls create a serene and secluded oasis were can can enjoy a soothing hot-tub or outdoor dining experience. You'll also enjoy a vegetable garden and an established fruit orchard brimming with peach, pear, cherry, and apricot trees, all sustained by drip irrigation. A large detached two-car garage provides convenient parking.
