Very convenient with shuttle service to airport in morning but must take taxi to upon arrival. Best to use taxi to visit anything outside of hotel.

The room was what we needed for an overnight stay close to the airport. Presumed shuttle was to and from airport but had to taxi to them at approx $400TWD. They do provide free return to the airport in 2 hour intervals.

Our stay at the hotel was comfortable, only issue is there is limited choices in restaurants/food within walking distance. We stocked up on snacks at the nearest 7-11.

It's located in an area where the only place to have dinner is in the hotel next door. Overall, the room is nice, except you can hear the people talking in the room next to you.

Is a standard place to stay for layover. They have free shuttles to the airport which is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The room is just standard, got everything you need for a night. But you can hear next door but since is layover everyone gets up early.

This property was close to the airport and provided shuttle to the airport. Which was why we chose to stay there the night before an early flight. The staff was nice and helpful the room was clean and spacious. The hotel structure provided poor insulation for nose. You could hear people walking on the floors above and the cars outside. It was good for easy access to airport.

We were able to get a taxi to the hotel from the airport and the room was clean and quiet. We could not get bedding without feathers. Staff was kind and gave us breakfast which was very nice. This hotel advertises on Expedia as free taxi to airport but not true from airport and only true to airport from 5:30 to 7 am.

Went to stay here twice for different layovers in Taoyuan airport. About a 20 min ride to and from the airport. Decently priced and spacious rooms. Staff are very helpful. Theres free shuttles to the airport, but you can talk to the reception to book you a taxi which cost less than $10.

We provided our departure flight information (airline, flight number and departure time). All 3 staff confirmed told us Terminal 2 HOWEVER we were supposed to be in Terminal 1 (we were told by the China Airline staff). This created a huge inconvenience since we are golfers so we are traveling with golf bags and 2 pieces of large luggages (each one of us).

Distance wise, it’s good for going to airport. The hotel offers free ride to Taoyuan airport, just taking about 10 mins once you are on a car. The hotel is quite basic, each room provides 2 king size bed, will good for a family with children. Hotel still uses old style key to get access guess room. One thing I don’t like most is hotel does not offer free shuttle from airport to hotel, which was not indicated in their website! Since I saw this hotel offers “free shuttle”, after I got off from my flight, spending quite some time to look for such “free airport shuttle” service, but nowhere you can find! I called the hotel tel # multiple times but always heard fax machine beeping and never got a chance to speak to the hotel receptionist. After wasting more than 40 mins in late night, I just called a taxi to go to the hotel. It was unpleasant experience in regards to this!

Airport shuttle is great (for early morning flight like us). We had our private taxi. I was told by our driver that the hotel ordered the taxi for us complementary because they ran out of capacity in the shuttle.
