"Great place to stay, especially for couples. The room is very pretty and well made. It's a one minute away from the pedestrian zone so it's very walk friendly! Located about 20 minutes from the old city. Close to a few good supermarkets too as an added bonus."

"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"To be fair, I am reviewing the Akropolis Hotel because that’s where I stayed. When I got to San Andrea Degli Armeni, there was no one there, but a sign there had a phone number to call. The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by. Once I arrived, everything was great. There were a couple minor issues...

"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short.
Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean.

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "We selected this location based on the reviews and description on the Internet. The location was perfect in that they were centrally located. We had a slight problem with the room but Elena and Martina stepped in and upgraded our room, going above snd beyond to rectify the issue. It was absolutely wonderful and greatly appreciated The wait and bar staff were absolutely exceptional. They were very friendly as well as professional. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Regards, Christine Capobianco"
"This is an excellent hotel if your’re planning on venturing around Puglia. First, Ostuni is beautiful and very worth seeing. Two, the hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking to city center but don’t let that deter you. The amount of carbs and gelato you’ll be consuming, you’ll need the extra steps. Three, the bus pick you up and drops you off right in front of the hotel which makes getting to the train station (for Puglia city hopping) very convenient. The breakfast buffet served in the morning is delicious and bountiful. Spa!!! Make sure you make time for a spa treatment. Very clean with excellent amenities. Carla was my massuese and she had magic hands. Staff in the front is super sweet and helpful and willing to help you any which way they can. Rooftop restaurant is very good too, with an excellent view of the city. Make sure you make time for Lecce and Trulli houses."
"Fantastic location, beautiful setup, staff were very friendly and accommodating, the property was clean and maintained daily, breakfast was ok, parking is a challenge"
"The property & staff were 5 star. The only areas that fell a little short of the top rating were the bed a bit too firm, & the buffet breakfast was not as plentiful in selection as some other Italian hotels we'd stayed in.
However the cooked items at breakfast were excellent."
"If we could have given this hotel 10 stars we would have. It is an amazing place. From the second you arrive, they make you feel so special and welcome. The rooms, facilities, pool areas, restaurants are all so beautiful and well maintained. And most importantly, the staff are all so incredibly nice and welcoming. They all made it a point to introduce themselves and say hello to us (including my 2 year old) every time they saw us. It's a special place."
"Lovely hotel in a great location. Super kind and helpful staff that made us feel very welcome! Very clean and well maintained, spacious rooms with great bathrooms. Wonderful stay."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel San Michele. Our room was big, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were comfy for a great night's sleep, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was great too, with lots of variety to start the day.
The outdoor pool was clean, well looked after, and a perfect spot to relax and cool off after spending the day exploring nearby Martina Franca.
The location was excellent, just a short walk from the historic centre and very easy to get around on foot. The flat, well-kept paths made it simple to use a buggy or pushchair, which was a big plus for us as a family.
Overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"
