“Worst airport hotel ever at that price range. Alsmost no amenities, one small pillow, towel, and small blanket for 2 persons stay. I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. The floor, was not properly cleaned”

“Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! ”

“The staff did all they could, but when there simply isnt enough staff, not much they can do about it. It took a fairly long time to queue for check in, we had dinner in 1 restaurant, needed to wait for quite a bit simply for a staff to be free to show us the table, orders and pay the bills etc. This is probably management problem rather than individuals...”

“The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over.
