“No staff on site to check us in. An envelope with instructions was left for us in the lobby (main door unlocked at ALL times). Found the room unlocked with the key hanging on the wall inside. The whole check in process is a security concern.
The web site says free self-parking. There is street parking in front but limited to 3 hours. We called the management number. An operator answering the call tried to connect us to the management but got no answer. We left a message but never got a call or……
