“A really nice backpackers hostel. The rooms were well put together and warm during the winter. Lots of space in the kitchen and lounge and bathrooms are being renovated. Staff were really helpful and hospitable - I'd stay here again, for sure. One of the most comfortable places I have stayed on my trip through NZ.”

“Comfortable and practical motel in Nelson. We were upgraded to a two bedroom unit with a kitchenette suitably equipped for cooking basic meals (hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, crockery and cutlery, utensils, etc). Spacious unit - with easy chairs as well as a table and dining chairs. Everything was clean. Parking right outside. Very nice and friendly young couple running the place. We used the laundry facilities and drying lines and could have had a dip in the pool. It's fairly close to the……
