The host was very quick to respond to questions I had during the stay there. 「Berwick Cottage was in an excellent location but was let down by the condition of the property. The shower was mouldy and leaked and the paint on the kitchen benchtops was peeling off. One of the windows was broken and a number of the windows wouldn't open properly. On the positive side the property manager was extremely responsive and professional and the beds were very comfortable. It needs the owners to do some significant work to bring it up to standard. 」
