Great Stay in Papamoa Beach

Fabulous location 100m to the beach; wonderfully renovated and spacious cabin. Well-equiped kitchen. They do have a no alcohol policy, but there is a great pub right next door.

Great clean, well equipped motel unit. Only improvement would be mirrors in bedrooms, so when the bathroom is in use, there is still a mirror to use (this seems to be common issue with a lot of motels) Highly recommend this place to stay.

The unit interor was modern & very comfortable for our use. The shower looked impessive but the lack of water preasure was dissapointing. The service was Okay however I booked the 2 room 4 bed unit for 10 day for some out of town tradesmen to use while the wrked on my house. Unit was advertiesd as serviced daily, this was only partially serviced towels replaced daily if you put them out .rooms were not made up as expecte. I came in for the last 2 nights & was charged an extra $22 per nite, they did not supply me with any new towels. The property has a no smoking or vaping policy which i and my tradies expected and respected however when the teadies arrived they were informed there was also a non alchol policy - this was not disclosed on the property description. Had this been disclosed atvthe time of booking i could have made alternative arrangements. As a practising Christian myself i believe full disclosure (honesty up front) is always best practice. Over all its a nice place to stay, just need to revise the PR policy." A smile & a kind word always makes a person feel welcome"

An excellent, clean, friendly, and lovely place to stay. Things for kids to do, beach shortt distance away and shop next door. Wouldnt hestistate to recommend to anyone especially staying in the units.

Good to park outside, villa needed a little tlc and living area small for a 4 bed property, living room fan hardly spun in the living area but in the 2 larger bedrooms they were fine but no fans in the 2 smaller bedrooms and ended up buying 2,close to beach and shops, take ur own table tennis stuff and golf balls as they charge for hire, very close to a beautiful beach and shops, ideal location and with a little tlc needed to make it a top notch camp site
