This wonderful home in the heart of Tavernier, has a pool and immediate access to the open water by boat.

Quick access to your favorite fishing grounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The home includes a TV in each bedroom, beautiful pool and deck with lounge furniture. Upstairs dining outside with an open water view. This home has a gated yard, and can park 3 vehicles and a trailer easily. A 31 foot dock is included right behind the house. Max Boat Size IS 28Ft.

The Living areas are open in concept with a nice kitchen and bar seating and a nice open living room that goes out to the deck. This home has 3 bedrooms on this level with 2 bedrooms that share a full bath, and the master bedroom has it's own bath on suite.

Just a hop skip and a jump to John PenneKamp Coral State Park. Where you can dive and see the Christ Statue and many tropical fish and corals.Enjoy great restaurants, unique boutique style shopping and great sightseeing. We are only minutes away from Harry Harris State Park, Jacobs Aquatic Center, a family style water park and Founders Park with an Olympic size pool, basketball courts, pet park and beaches. World Class spa nearby at the famous Cheeca Lodge (great place for the ladies while the guys are out fishing), Swim with Dolphins, Swim with Sea Lions and even Swim with Stingrays at nearby Theatre of the Sea (other swim with dolphins facility at Dolphin Cove), movie theaters, and enjoy the famous Islamorada Tiki Bar and Sandbar accessible by car and boat, just minutes away. Also enjoy world class deep sea fishing charters, back country flats fishing, Casino Cruises, Glass Bottom Boats and Beaches.

At mile marker 93 we are only 60 miles/minutes away from Miami, 1.5 hours away from Miami International Airport and 2 hours away from Florida's hot spot Miami Beach. While here, you'll want to save a day for a trip to Florida's southernmost point Key West, a must do while at the Keys. As you can see, there's a lot of fun to be had by all members of the family.

28 Day MInimum rental period.

The pool is avaibale to be heated for a fee of $200.00 exta per week.

Max Occupancy: 8 Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2.

You must be 28or older to rent. (28year old must be present during entire stay)

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking onAirbnb~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dogandpay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500andasked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Check-in is 4 pm on day of arrival

Check out is 10 am on the day of departure

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.

Best little neighborhood

We enjoyed staying in Hammer Point very much. Surprisingly quiet since it is well located. You don’t have to drive very far for anything. Extremely dog friendly. People were wonderful. Host was quick to respond to our questions and needs. The heated pool was awesome. Only down side we had a small issue with stove venting. It would also be nice if they provided a gas grill. Just a wonderful place to relax and get away from winter!
