“Incredible!! We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Gate. Firstly, the view is breathtaking - just astounding. The grounds are beautiful and lush. The apartment was very well furnished and had everything and more in the kitchen. The location was perfect and walkable to the town. The parking was so easy and convenient. “Ci siamo trovati bene da subito in questa casa perché davvero non manca nulla e tutto è ben organizzato. È una casa piacevole e spaziosa ma le caratteristiche che ho apprezzato di più sono la vicinanza alla spiaggia e il fatto che sia sempre ombreggiata. Mai accesa aria condizionata anzi, in pieno agosto ci si copriva con il lenzuolo. È una casa comoda anche per famiglie, le mie bambine giocavano all’esterno e si sono divertite molto”

“Supernette Betreuung durch Marco und seine deutschsprachige Vertretung Stephanie! Ideale kleine Tour durch San Teodoro bekommen, die wichtigsten Punkte gezeigt bekommen (Strand, Restaurants,…). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben viele tolle Tipps von Stephanie bekommen! La Cinta ist ein toller Strand, hier bekommt man nur leider im August keinen Platz. Es gibt aber genügend andere tolle und ebenfalls günstige Strände (Stella Marina in Budoni zum Beispiel). In der Wohnung ist alles……

“Das Ferienhaus befindet sich 4km außerhalb von St. Antonio di Galura, ist gut zu finden und gleich nebenan wohnen die Vermieter mit einer sympathischen Rasselbande von Rauhhaardackeln, die aber weggesperrt sind. Die Vermieterin ist selbst Reiseleiterin, spricht Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch und gab so manchen hilfreichen Tip. Auch ihr Gatte versteht gut Deutsch. Gemeinsam waren wir auf einer Kirmes/ Ortsfest- das war ein tolles Erlebnis. An einer Tafel kam das ganze Dorf zusammen und es……

“Toll ausgestattetes Haus mit eigenem Pool, sehr sauber. Uns hat die etwas abgeschiedene Lage nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, es war sehr ruhig. Aber man benötigt einen Mietwagen. Unglaublich nette Vermieter, die sich um alle Belange kümmern. Wir würden das Haus beim nächsten Sardinien Urlaub wieder mieten.”

“Wunderbare Lage, ruhig und zu Fuß in ein paar Gehminuten am Meer, das Auto steht sicher hinter einem Tor. Ich kann dieses gut ausgestattete Quartier sehr empfehlen. Was noch zu optimieren wäre, wäre die Installation von WLAN/wifi. Wer von diesem Quartier arbeiten möchte, tut sich mit dem schwachen Telefonnetz sehr schwer.Sonst alles super und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist einwandfrei und freundlich, wir kommen wieder”

“Tolle Ferienwohnung ganz nahe am Meer mit fantastischer Aussicht auf das Meer von der Terasse. Super Beach welcher nicht zu touristisch ist (Oktober). Die Wohnung bietet alles was es zum Wohnen und Selberkochen braucht. Im Garten gibt es sogar Grill und Granatäpfel (Oktober). Ein paar wenige Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Für Einkauf wird Fahrrad oder Auto benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieterin - Danke für alles Maria!”

“The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces.……

Abbiamo comunque vissuto poco nell’appartamento andando in spiaggia tutto il giorno e la sera a cena fuori ma alla fine è quello che volevamo: la vicinanza al centro e alla spiaggia della Cinta. “Rita e Franco sono padroni di casa eccezionali – sempre gentili e sorridenti. Ci hanno accolto con delizioso vino fatto in casa, e l'appartamento con il suo splendido giardino ci ha subito conquistati. La zona barbecue nel cortile è perfetta per rilassarsi, e la spiaggia è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno: aggiungere una lavastoviglie e rinnovare leggermente……
