You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Great communication from the host giving us a heads up about some road construction and suggesting alternate parking and entrance door so we could avoid the mess. 「We enjoyed a great stay in this condo while visiting family in Cincinnati. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The location is quiet and felt very safe, the off street parking was a huge plus. You are within walking distance to some great dining spots and easy driving distance (around 10-15 minutes depending traffic) to OTR, the Reds stadium, museums, and other downtown locations. Would recommend this spot to anyone!」

For our Xavier visit we saw this room was priced right and it was a unique looking space that was more than just a room with a couple of beds in it so I booked it. "The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience"

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
