Very clean property and super friendly staff. Especially gentleman named Lasha was extremely helpful and made the stay uneventful and smooth. Location is not great, there is nothing to do around the hotel, but cabs are easy and affordable to get, five minutes and you’re in the center.

Rude male front desk, female staff were all nice

All the male staff at the front desk are rude and unhelpful, whenever you leave and return to the hotel they just stare at you like you did something wrong, no greetings, not even a smile. Whereas all the female staff, especially Nina, was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile and never hesitate to help and ask how she could improve our stay.

My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for our wedding last week. A day prior to our wedding, I asked Maria at the front desk if she could recommend a place nearby, that could steam my fiancé’s wedding dress. Maria & Nanka (manager in duty) informed early in the morning of our wedding day that they had found a place to steam both my fiancé’s wedding dress and my tuxedo. She also guaranteed me that the dress and the tuxedo will be ready at least 1 hour before we were scheduled to depart the hotel to our wedding ceremony. As promised by Maria and Nanka, both the dress and my tuxedo were delivered to our room in perfect condition. My fiance and I, were able to get married without any issues or delays because of Maria’s and Nanka’s hard work and determination and for going above and beyond, to please a complex guest’s request. The hotel was very nice. We were upgraded to a riverview view room, which had awesome views of the city and the river. Room was very clean, and in perfect condition. Bed and linens were impecable and very comfortable. We will definitely return back to Tbilisi to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Riverview. We really want to thank Maria, Nanka and all of the front desk staff from the bottom of our hearts for treating us exceptionally! They all complied with our requests whether they were small and simple or big and complicated!

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Erekle, Night Shift Manager, made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean. Shower stall was clean and right size with hot water with pressure at our finger tip. The bed was comfortable too. Sheets were super clean. We loved our city view. Last but not least the washer and dryer and free detergent on 3rd floor was a real plus.
